Getting Started

What reaching out looks like

1

A free 15-minute call

When you reach out, I'll get back to you within a day or two. We schedule a brief call, just a conversation. You can tell me what's going on, ask whatever you want to know, and see if talking to me feels right. There's no paperwork, nothing to prepare.

2

A first session to go deeper

If the fit feels right, we'll schedule a first session: 50–60 minutes to explore what you're carrying, what you'd like to change, and what kind of support would actually help.

3

Regular sessions, at your pace

From there, we meet regularly, weekly at first for most people, then adjusted as things shift. The work is collaborative, and so is the pacing.

Have questions first? The FAQ is a good place to start.
